Terms of Service

Welcome to Digital Shift HQ ("HQ"), a private AI business firm run by Digital Shift. By creating an account or using HQ, you agree to these terms.

1. What HQ is

HQ gives you chat access to 21 specialist AI departments (strategy, research, offers, branding, marketing, sales, and more), guided by The Chief, who can route a goal across departments and carry your business brief between them. New departments and features may be added over time.

2. AI, honestly

• Every department is an AI assistant, not a human and not a licensed professional.
• AI can be wrong, out of date, or miss context. Double-check anything important before you act on it.
• Nothing in HQ is legal, financial, medical, or tax advice. For those decisions, talk to a licensed professional.
• Start with The Chief for the smoothest experience: it learns your business once and hands the brief to each department so you don't repeat yourself.

3. Subscription and billing

• HQ is a monthly subscription: $27 per month, billed through Stripe.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time. Cancellation stops future billing; you keep access until the end of the month you already paid for.
• Prices may change in the future. If they do, we will tell you before the new price applies, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

4. Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds — see our Refund Policy. Cancel any time to stop future charges.

5. Fair use

• Each account gets a monthly message limit (shown on your lobby page). It resets on the 1st of each month.
• Don't abuse the service: no spamming the departments, no attempts to break or overload HQ, nothing illegal, and don't resell or share your account.

6. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login private. If you think someone else got in, change your password and tell us at [SUPPORT EMAIL].

7. Your content

What you write in HQ is yours. You give us permission to store it and send it to our AI provider so the departments can reply. We don't claim ownership of your business ideas or content.

8. Ending access

We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms or abuse the service, with or without warning for serious abuse. If we close your account for a terms violation, the no-refund policy still applies.

9. Liability

HQ is provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent the law allows, Digital Shift is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of HQ. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted on the lobby with the new date. Continuing to use HQ after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
