Digital Shift HQ ("HQ", "we") is a private AI business firm run by Digital Shift. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it, in plain words.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and a securely hashed password when you create an account. We never see or store your actual password.
• Your conversations: the messages you send to HQ departments and the replies you receive, saved so your work is there when you come back.
• Your business brief: the short description of your business you give The Chief, so departments don't ask you the same questions twice.
• Usage counts: how many messages you send each month, so we can enforce fair-use limits.
• Payment details: handled entirely by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe, never to us. We only keep a record that your subscription is active.

How we use it

• To run HQ: log you in, save your work, and enforce your monthly message limit.
• To generate replies: your messages are sent to our AI provider, which returns the department's answer. The provider processes the text only to produce the reply.
• To run the business: understand overall usage, prevent abuse, and comply with the law.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
• We do not use your conversations for advertising.
• We do not share your data with anyone except the service providers needed to run HQ (hosting, payments via Stripe, AI replies via our AI provider).

Cookies

We use a basic login session cookie so you stay signed in. That's it. No tracking cookies, no ad pixels.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its data. Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we will handle it.

Data retention

We keep your account, conversations, and brief until you delete them or close your account. If you cancel your subscription, your data stays saved in case you come back; ask us any time to delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and note it on the lobby. Continuing to use HQ after a change means you accept it.
