Plain and simple: all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Digital Shift HQ is a digital subscription product. The moment you get access, you can use every department, read every workflow, and put the whole firm to work — so we can't take that back the way a store takes back a shirt.

What you can do instead

• Cancel any time. Cancellation stops all future billing immediately. No hoops, no retention calls.
• Keep access until the month ends. You paid for the month, the month is yours. Your access stays open until the end of your current billing period.
• Come back when you're ready. Your account, conversations, and business brief stay saved, so you can pick up where you left off.
